Use 7 Chakra colors in your home -2

Implementing the seven chakra colors in your environment is a simple and effective way to make a difference in your life. If you have one (or some chakras) that are not balanced, add the color of this chakra to your home.

Here is a quick guide to the fast chakra:

Red: the first chakra is stability, balance and community. Signs that you may be in balance in this energy center include a feeling of fear, excessive concern about money and finances, and a feeling of “alienation” from those around you. Consider adding shades of red to your home. On a small scale, consider a red candle or a candlestick, a picture or poster with red elements in it or red flowers such as roses. If you want to work a lot with this energy center, buy a bright red robe to snuggle up every evening, a red veil for your bed or red curtains. For crystals, consider garnet or ruby.

Orange: The second chakra is associated with creativity, sensuality and sexuality. Signs of imbalance include feeling bored in life, getting stuck in a routine, suppressing sexuality with your partner, or lack of excitement in your life. For a quick climb, decorate with a bowl of oranges in the kitchen, amber or cornelian stones in your living room, or a plush orange rug. If your creative side looks complete, add shades of orange where you do your work, for example, near your computer desk or in an art room, if you have one. If this is the sensual side of life that seems to be missing, add a lot of subtle orange accents to your bedroom to liven up things. Consider a spotted bergamot potpourri with dried orange slices in it and an orange nightgown.

Yellow: the third chakra refers to self-esteem, self-confidence and boundaries. Signs of imbalance include allowing people to walk on you, to be a “folk man”, to feel like you are not good enough or lack success in your life. Yellow color of trust. Consider yellow accents in jewelry, ties and scarves. For crystals, a tiger's eye and yellow calcite are obtained. At home and at work, add splashes of bright yellow in decorative accents, especially in places where you tend to feel limited.

For the flower think daffodils and yellow daisies. Around the house, add a cluster of yellow candles or a yellow vase. If there is any area (for example, at work) where you often feel low self-esteem, fill the area with yellow color. Add picture frames, paintings, carpets, even yellow lamps, and see how self-esteem grows.

Green (and pink): The fourth chakra is a matter of the heart. It is about self-love, love for others, compassion and gentleness. Green is the traditional color associated with this energy center, but pink is often considered appropriate for it. If you have a difficult relationship with friends, family and loved ones, you can work on this chakra. Other signs of problems include the persistence of painful memories, a stuck in the past, and a critical attitude toward oneself or others. For stones, add serpentine, malachite or rose quartz to your home. Household accents may include decorative green herbs, bamboo plants, green or pink candles and jade.

Turquoise or blue: the fifth chakra is a communication center. It covers all areas of communication with others. Imbalances include excessive restraint or shyness, expressing thoughts and emotions with difficulty, often repeating your words or speaking excessively.

The best strategy for this energy center is to get a turquoise pendant and wear it repeatedly. Light blue elements and sky colors are added around the house. If there is an area in which communication always looks like a problem, be sure to add a blue blue element, such as a poster, painting, curtains, or even a couch in blue or blue.

Indigo or dark blue: The sixth chakra is an intuitive realm. This happens after dodging in the right direction or getting a nudge that says: “Don't do it.” Signs of imbalance include feeling cut off from your intuition, confusion about which way to go in life, frequent indecision and inability to form an opinion about small or large matters. It is also associated with dreams and night time, so another sign of imbalance is nightmares, insomnia, night terrors or restless sleep. The stones for this energy center include lazis and azurite. Get an indigo sleep mask to wear at night, blue sheets for your bed, paint a bedroom with deep, dark blue or purple and indigo curtains for your bedroom. At a lower level, get a few indigo decorations and keep them on your bedside table for sleeping problems or wherever you are, most often participate in indecision.

Violet: the seventh energy center is the crown, and it is associated with spirituality, elevation, enlightenment and tranquility. Signs of imbalance are depression, "feeling down", nervousness, loneliness in the world and anxiety. The stones for this energy center are amethyst, lepidolite and transparent quartz. Add shades of violet from violet to vibrant royal violet to your home and watch your mood rise naturally. Think of shower curtains, sofa cushions, tablecloths or a vase in purple. To get a big push to this center, wear a purple dress, tie, or hat.
