
With increasing interest and demand for standardization of project management, the demand for highly qualified project management professionals is also growing. The goal of this course is to improve your knowledge and skills in project management and prepare you for the next step in your professional development. The course includes topics such as project life cycle, project management processes, professional responsibility of the project manager, and if you plan to take the PMP certification exam, this course will help prepare you for the test. You will receive the design organization training time required to obtain a PMI-PMP Certification.
Each participant will be provided with a binder with extensive handouts covered by the class, a copy of the “Project Management Body Guide” (PMBOK® Guide) - “Fifth Edition” and other relevant training materials identified by the instructor. This program was designed for working professionals seeking to expand their knowledge and understanding of the skills necessary to successfully complete projects. Professionals are invited who are committed to making career change in project management, such as executives, managers and people who want to learn project management skills and processes through an in-depth PMP program. There should also be experienced managers who do not have official project administration instructions and project directors who want to receive project administration training and opening hours for participation in the certification exam.
Expected results from students who have accepted the Project Management Certificate and PMP Exam Prep program:
- Students should be able to approach project supervision practices in a practical manner.

- They can meet the 35-hour training requirements for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam.
Eligibility requirements for sitting for the PMP exam:
- A person must have at least a four-year degree (bachelor or global equivalent) and at least three years (or 4500 hours) experience in managing vacancies, leading and directing projects, and 35 hours of project management training
- Everyone should have a high school diploma (or global equivalent) of at least five years (or 7,500 hours) of project management experience, leading and guiding projects, and 35 hours of task management training.
- Those students who do not comply with the PMP selection guidelines may still take this program and sit behind the Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) certification exam.

Future courses and application courses:
- Most certification programs offer three conditions per year. It is spring, summer and autumn. Individual seminars are offered at least once every semester. Information about upcoming courses is available when registration opens every term. Some certification programs consist of separate workshops, while others are cohort-style programs.
- During the spring semester, registration starts in early October. Seminars or certification programs are offered in January-May.
- For the summer period, registration begins in early March. Seminars or certification programs are offered in June-August.
