Genius Memory Learning Series - Why Education is Important? -2

Memory leader Genius seeks every opportunity to educate everyone in the family, school and organization with the same unity of thought that the leader has in his role as a philosopher. A leader is a lifelong learning model; In addition, the leader encourages and trains everyone in the organization to grow in wisdom, knowledge and skills. The role of the leader Memory Genius is a learning leader and educator.

The word "education" comes from the French root, which means to deduce from ignorance. The leaders of the genius of memory are from the platform of knowledge - their personal and professional logos; and they lead the organization to knowledge of knowledge of logos, knowledge of vision, knowledge of best business practices and knowledge of the best ways to build relationships of trust and respect in homes and communities.

We cannot, must not act in ignorance. As humans, we need knowledge to grow in all six areas of human development: mental, physical, spiritual, social, financial and emotional. As a society, we must acquire knowledge to improve a person. And as an organization it is impossible to make our vision a reality without the proper education of all the people in this organization. In the early 1990s, the phrase that became popular in books and articles about leadership was “Training Organization”. The concept emphasized the importance of continuous lifelong learning. If people and organizations don't learn, they die. James Belasco and Gerre Stade have written an excellent guidebook entitled “The Blast with Phoenix”. They claimed:

Knowledge has always been a difference. Knowledge of Hannibal about the Alps allowed him to defeat the superior Roman force. American ingenuity allowed us to defeat the far superior German army in North Africa during World War II. Better trained Israeli pilots defeated much larger Arab forces during the Six Day War. Excellent knowledge inevitably gains.

Richard Tierlin (Richard Teerlink), president and CEO of Harley Davidson, insists that "people are the only long-term competitive advantage, and lifelong learning is a way to fully develop this advantage." Thanks to access to new information and new business strategies that are developing at the speed of micro-processing, those organizations that hope to survive in the new millennium must participate in a continuous process that encourages the development of new ways of learning faster and smarter than competition. Champions of change must improve their thinking before they can improve their work.

Why is education important?

The great leaders of the memory of Genius unite the hearts and minds of all with refined convictions and strong values. In addition, the leaders of Memory Genius attract their partner partners. (students / staff / staff) possess skills that enable them to perform maximum efficiency.

Once I heard a story about a man walking through a cemetery whose attention was captured by this epitaph: "He died when he was thirty, and he was buried when he was sixty-five." The passerby stopped, puzzled. Relying on the tombstone, he found an explanation engraved on the bottom of the stone: "He stopped studying when he was thirty."

There are so many people who can be represented by these sad words. Everyone dies when they stop studying, although they cannot close their doors for several more years. If you ask the president of an unsuccessful company when the business is dead, an honest and insightful leader can answer: “We died about twenty years ago, when we stopped reading, stopped learning, stopped listening to our customers and our target partners®, and when we stopped training . We died when we thought that we came to the top of the heap and there is nothing more to learn. ”

If we do not study, we will not live! The life force of every person and every organization is passion and joy, caused by amazement and the discovery of learning. The leaders of memory genius know this; they are insatiable models of lifelong learning and generous supporters of lifelong learning. They leave books and periodicals in the waiting areas of their companies, in the breaks and on the tables of people. These training leaders sincerely believe that one of the most important parts of the compensation package of their organization is education, and they make every effort to ensure that these “benefits” are not comparable with their competitors. The company breathes, grows and takes intellectual nourishment. An organization is so alive with a culture of lifelong learning that if you cut it off with a knife, it would bleed knowledge!

Too many of us have lost touch with the wonder and adventure of learning. Small children - inexhaustible questionnaires. They are bright and curious, constantly asking, exploring and learning. Why do we adults want to “grow” out of this? We seem to believe that this is a sign of sophistication in order to seem ridiculous, as if we already know all the answers to everything. Loss of intellectual curiosity is a sign of regression, not health. This is a sign of immaturity, because we have become so proud that we want to amaze everyone with what we know, or, nevertheless, appear as if we know when we really don’t, instead of learning how to be calm and honor others by listening to what they say.

I believe that pride may well constitute the greatest barrier to learning.
