 Prenatal Yoga -2

When I found out that I was pregnant with my second child, a friend asked me to join her in prenatal yoga classes. It was a ten-week session with a highly regarded yogi in our area, who was known to really push his students to do their best and in the process helped them to register immediately, as I practiced myself and really enjoyed it. I also knew that, having paid for the classes, this motivates me not to miss a single session, since I would have already paid for them. With my first child, I ended up gaining too much weight, and because it was so hard to lose, I swore that with my next pregnancy I would be more careful.

I knew that with the help of diet and exercise you could only get the necessary weight for the growth of the child. So I was glad that this class helped me on the move.

Prenatal yoga is a great way to stay fit during pregnancy, and also helps stretch the muscles of the pelvis, which is good to do to prepare for birth. Many women hope that they can have a normal vaginal delivery and help them prepare for the harsh moments of childbirth, they carry out their pregnancy to stay in a strong physical form. My first delivery ended in an emergency caesarean section, so with my second I knew that my doctor would recommend a second section c, and I was fine with that. But I still wanted to easily lose weight, so I took two exercises to keep myself in shape, and my weight gradually slowed down.

Thanks to prenatal yoga, I was able to lose twenty-three pounds, which I earned during pregnancy in two weeks. After the baby was born, the weight simply seemed to be steadily declining. I absolutely recommend this class to all my friends who have children. It just makes things so much easier, and it's fun too!
