Express Lifeline Express or Jeevan Rekha Express is a mobile first aid train operated by the Impact India Foundation. It was created in partnership with Indian Railways and the Department of Health, and was funded by Impact UK, international benevolent sources, Indian business houses, and some people. It ended in July 1991; so far this facility has helped approximately 400,000 Indians in the outer rural areas of the country for nearly ninety projects.
Currently in the sixteenth year, the express train Lifeline has two trains. Similar projects also occur, in particular, the Gibon Tori scheme in Bangladesh. Lifeline Express was designed to offer immediate problem-solving, medical and highly developed surgical treatment for protective and therapeutic interventions for adults and children with disabilities in inaccessible remote areas where medical facilities are not available. At a higher level, the Express Lifeline expresses a desire to promote consciousness in subjects facing people with disabilities and endorsements, and supports both the government and the NGO unit to participate.
