Express Lifeline Express or Jeevan Rekha Express is a mobile first aid train operated by the Impact India Foundation. It was created in partnership with Indian Railways and the Department of Health, and was funded by Impact UK, international benevolent sources, Indian business houses, and some people. It ended in July 1991; so far this facility has helped approximately 400,000 Indians in the outer rural areas of the country for nearly ninety projects.

Currently in the sixteenth year, the express train Lifeline has two trains. Similar projects also occur, in particular, the Gibon Tori scheme in Bangladesh. Lifeline Express was designed to offer immediate problem-solving, medical and highly developed surgical treatment for protective and therapeutic interventions for adults and children with disabilities in inaccessible remote areas where medical facilities are not available. At a higher level, the Express Lifeline expresses a desire to promote consciousness in subjects facing people with disabilities and endorsements, and supports both the government and the NGO unit to participate. It also helps to inform the media.

Lifeline Express offers a large number of medical services, which consist of

The train moves to different parts of the country, usually to rural areas with inadequate medical facilities or in regions affected by natural disasters, etc., and remains in each place for several days until the situation is under complete control, While medical care is offered to locals. Lifeline Express was founded in 1991, with three trainers provided by Indian Railways, and all the necessary hardware and surgical instruments from Impact India, a non-profit organization that was founded in seven countries around the world, with its head office in Mumbai in India.
