3) Practice reading your list of benefits every morning. This positive action causes your subconscious to act as if you have already achieved your goals, because your subconscious mind does not distinguish reality. It puts your goals or wish list in the present, not something that needs to be achieved at a later time. This daily confirmation keeps you in touch with your goal throughout the day, making you more motivated and inspired.
