Also, always remember to rinse your vulva with cool water after intercourse and attach a cool pack of ice to relieve pain, if necessary.

Physical exercises. It is always great during class, you should try to avoid actions that have a direct impact on the vulvar area (for example, riding or cycling). If you have irritation or persistent itchy yeast infections, you should try to avoid swimming in highly chlorinated pools.
