
Intestinal cleansing is an important component for achieving optimal health. If you are like me, we have sent most of our lives into foods with little nutritional value and no fiber. All that I indulged in, like white flour and sugar, a large amount of meat, cereal, sweets, candy and cheese really put a strain on my pipes.
And this is exactly what our gastrointestinal tract, the tube. The food we eat is processed and transported through our body's plumbing system. Food is first placed in the mouth, goes through the esophagus and into the stomach. From the stomach, food enters the small intestine, where most of the assimilation of nutrients occurs. Finally, the food moves to the colon, where water is absorbed, and the stool becomes hard so that it can be released from the body.
The problem begins when what we eat gets stuck in our pipes, otherwise known as constipation. And when we are constipated, we can begin to notice a number of health problems, just a stinky gas.
We may begin to notice that our skin is breaking out, fatigue, headaches, irritability, lack of focus and concentration, brain fog, decreased sexual desire, bad breath (it should happen somewhere), nausea, pain in the joints and numerous other the symptoms. Constipation causes swelling of the colon, which puts pressure on other organs and reduces space in the body. In addition, many bacteria, worms, parasites, fungi and other unpleasant creatures are able to multiply in the clogged colon.
Another complication of constipation is the absorption of nutrients. As mentioned earlier, most nutrients are absorbed by the small intestine. This is made possible by tiny hairs in the small intestine that absorb nutrients from the food passage. When the large intestine is affected by fecal matter, it can hide and prevent the villa from doing its work.
I mean to think, if we gradually lose, how can we expect our bodies to perform? I like to use this analogy. About 7 years ago, I was the owner of a 1984 Oldsmobile Crown Royal. Now it was an old car and went through a lot, but with a little love and care it performed beautifully. But it came to the fact that whenever I fought for a long time, it overheated. I would have to stop the car and wait for it to cool. Sometimes I could drive about 10 minutes before I had to turn it off.
Now I really loved the car and did not want to get rid of it, so I took it to my mechanic. The mechanic told me that there is a very simple solution. The hoses were mostly clogged, and all I had to do was skip the water and clean it. So I took him home and did what he gave him, and he took a garden hose and let the water through the hoses in the car.
When I did this, I could not believe what was happening. This black stinky trash just spilled out, and it lasted about an hour. Not surprisingly, the car overheated.
So our bodies are the same. When they are filled with black stinky garbage, they will not work properly. And just as the mechanic said, there is a very simple solution. Clean the colon and our bodies will not overheat so much.
So what can we do to clear this black stinky trash. Fortunately, we were given several ways to return our colons to optimal health:
- Column hydrotherapy - This is probably one of the most effective ways to clean the colon. It basically does the same with your body that I did with my car. The hydrotherapist will insert the tube into the rectum and flush your tubes. I have seen all kinds of crazy looking material come out during the colon, including parasites. My hydrotherapist claims to even see tapeworms released several feet away. There are also column boards that you can use at home, but I have never used them, so I cannot attest to their effectiveness.
- Enemas - Kind of like a mini colon. This is great because you can do them at home. Basically, you fill the bag with water with water, insert the hose into the rectum and fill it. The only limitation is that there is not enough water to clean the entire colon. Water will reach only part of the colon. Some people put another liquid into the water, like some herbal teas or wheat grass.
- Salt cleaning - One of my favorites! Just take a quart of water and mix with 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt. Stir the salt thoroughly with water and drink. Make it in the morning and skip breakfast. Epsom salt will cause water to pass through the gastric tract instead of the urinary tract, washing out blockages in the large intestine. The only negative aspect is that the salt water is rather rough. But if you can deal with the creations of your miracles.
- Herbal laxatives. There are many herbal laxatives on the market, and some are more effective than others. My personal favorite is Dr. Schulz Formula # 1. If you decide to use this product, be sure to eat it. Otherwise, you will feel stomach cramps and nausea due to the fact that Habanera pepper is one of the ingredients. Unfortunately, their company no longer allows sales on the Internet from other companies, so we do not carry this product. But you can still buy it from your site. There are also several other herbal laxatives that you can try.
- Cotton Seed Psyllium - Psyllium Seed Husk is a natural laxative. When mixed with water, psyllium forms a gel and expands. Then psyllium is able to absorb toxins from the gastrointestinal tract, and as psyllium moves along the GI tract, the expansion helps push old fecal material. But be careful when buying pysllium. Most of the psyllium in health stores was irradiated, so try to get a non-irradiated pysllium if you can. Also make sure that you mix pysllium with enough water, or it may actually have the opposite effect and clog the colon. The correct amount is 1-2 teaspoons to 8 ounces of water.
- Oxygen-based cleanser - I have never tried to do it, so I do not know how effective it is, but many people claim that they are achieving good results. This is basically a supplement that, when taken, creates a chemical reaction. This reaction causes the release of oxygen, which softens and liquefies hardened stools. Then the fecal fluid leaves the body.
- Bentonite clay - bentonite clay - is volcanic ash, which is millions of years old. This clay is very unique in that it is negatively charged, which gives it the ability to bind with metals and other toxins that are positively charged. Then the clay leaves the body, removing toxins with it. Bentonite is able to absorb toxins thousands of times on its own surface area, making it one of the most powerful cleansing tools of nature. There are several priorities for bentonite. First, make sure you mix it with enough water, otherwise it can cause constipation. Another is that many bentonite clays contain large amounts of aluminum. Aluminum is toxic to the body and usually should not be taken orally. Some say that the amount of aluminum in bentonite is negligible because clay keeps it anyway, but I always go with low bentonite aluminum content just to be safe.
Thus, these are some of the most common methods of colon cleansing. Depending on how much the colon has suffered, it may take some time to completely clean it. It’s like if you took a pot of some food in it and let it sit for a week. Just running water will not do this, because this nasal trap is really stuck on the pan. You will have to clean it. You may need to use soap or another cleanser. But it would take a little time and effort to sparkle again.
If you want to cleanse other organs, you need to pre-clean the colon. Most of the time, toxins that are discharged from other organs in the body must leave the intestines. When the intestines become clogged, these toxins will get stuck and cause even more problems. If you are considering cleaning up, make sure you have a happy colon.
Therefore, if you have enthusiasm and a little patience, it will pay off. Your colon will be creaky, and your body will thank you for it.
