So many believers in Christ Jesus have problems with the life of the Christian life on the real, practical, day by day. They struggle with all kinds of bad habits, unsafe minds and relationships, as well as the wounds of past relationships and friendships. Perhaps you are one of them.
We have a very difficult time. Evil seems to be rife with every hand. The world has changed, and a person who does not see this simply does not want to see him. The world system is getting worse and worse. Problems abound, and governments seem ignorant of the solutions needed to reverse the trend of the trend of civilization to an upward trend of success and achievement.
While this is happening, it seems that we, who follow the Lord Jesus Christ, are constantly being bombarded with temptations of lust, fear and unforgiveness, and many succumb to the pressure of the enemy, luring the flesh because of weakness.
Some of us actually fail in the battle for our souls, and we pray and hope that God can send a word, send the movement of His Spirit, send one who can show us how to rise above our flesh and bring our bodies under God once and for all.
One of the most disturbing and at the same time understandable things that I had to face were those of us who know that it is difficult for us, but will not trust another believer for help, advice and wisdom. After all, if we Christians admit that we need help, we will expose ourselves there for contempt, reproach, and ridicule, right? WRONG.
If we need help, we need help. And if we need help, we simply join the rest of us, because we all need help with development and development in our walk with God.
To see weaknesses in oneself is part of the growth process. When we see these flaws, then we can learn from the Word of God and each other how to handle and overcome them. If you struggle in your walk with the Lord Jesus Christ, please understand that your situation is not unique. You are not alone. Others of us were there, and some of us (honestly) will tell you that we still need to learn how to manage the meat under control in different areas. Even the great Apostle Paul tells us in the Sacred Bible that he needed to hold his body and subject him to a subject in order to reach ahead and appreciate the call to which he joined the Lord Jesus Christ.
If he were going to make up something in God and attain the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus, he should have done something, subjecting his body to God as a living sacrifice.
If Paul had to make his flesh a slave to the will of God, if he had to control his body and discipline it in difficult conditions, as stated in one of the Bible texts (Strengthened Bible), to achieve His Divine destiny, then you and I will have to make the same to get to our own.
I have walked with the Lord Jesus Christ for over thirty years, starting my precious walk from the age of thirteen. I encountered a storm after a storm and challenged after a challenge. I had to go through suffering, and I had to learn about the body and how the enemy of human souls is trying to lure us into that which resists the Word and the Will of Almighty God. Sometimes I did it. Sometimes I didn't do it. Praise God for His grace, which allowed me to win and thank God for His mercy and forgiveness when I missed this sign. I have been and remain my experience that He will always forgive us and work with us if we intend to never leave.
I just want to make you hold on to God, move closer and come closer to the Lord Jesus, and never give up. God loves you. I know. Some may say: “How can God love me after how many mistakes I made?” Perhaps some even try to return to God, trying to make Him love us again.
My friend, God loved you before you came to Him. He loved you while you were still a sinner, a miserable mess. But He saw you as a treasure. If He loved you, He loves you now. You are His child.
In any case, you can never deserve the love of God on the basis of good works. So do not allow your obedience to Him to be in order to make God love you. Rather, obey Him, for you love Him. He already loves you.
If you missed it, ask God to forgive you and help you not to miss it in the area. Then go into His Word and affirm again and again that because the Son has set you free, you are free. Say it to yourself based on the Word of God, until the power of this truth becomes alive inside you and changes your mental image to victory, not to failure.
You can live this life. YES YOU CAN. You can do that. YES YOU CAN. You can fulfill your goal-oriented goal. YES YOU CAN. You can be God's whole desire for you to be. YES YOU CAN. You can pass by any bad and negative habit. YES YOU CAN. You can WORK and learn to love yourself and love others who may have offended you, even if they are in church. YES YOU CAN.
YOU ARE ALL THINGS THROUGH THE CHRIST WHICH STRENGTHENS YOU. (Philippians 4:13, King James, version of the Holy Bible). Believe that God is a teacher of words. You can. YES YOU CAN. TELL IT, YES I CAN. Say it until you believe it. Then stand up and defeat your giant.
