Overview ADL Caring Companions Senior Care Franchise -2

Senior Care franchises have been a hot business sector and continue to be that way even in a lower economy. It is no secret that the aging population of baby boomers has really just begun. At last count, there were more than 15 companies offering franchises in the care of the elderly. Some of the companies have been for quite some time, in some cases more than 15 years. Many potential franchise buyers are very concerned about how long a franchise is granted and how many of them work, but this is not always the most important thing in all cases. Even more important is the time when the company was in business before providing franchises for sale and the level of success achieved by this company. ADL Caring Companions, “Caring Companions” for short, offered only short franchises, and their first franchisee came on board by the end of 2010. Although this is a relatively short time, this is only a small part of the story.

Patrick O & Haus, President and CEO of Caring Companions, first opened his business in San Antonio, Texas, in 2002 with a second office in North Dallas in 2004. He has been building and developing a successful one for almost nine years. Prior to the care of fellow Pat, he had an outstanding career as a mutual fund manager with a highly regarded insurance and investment company. Seeing the need for senior medical care in his family and the lack of real quality in the offers at the time, Pat thought it was a rewarding business with great potential. Thinking ultimately ensured correctness, as Caring Companions is now one of the largest providers of medical care services in San Antonio medical centers.

Both offices have coped very well with income in the highest percentage of enterprises that do not have medical care. The San Antonio office serves the entire 1.8 millionth San Antonio settlement located in North Dallas, which operates in approximately the same area. Comparing the Caring Companions franchise with others in the market, it is impossible not to compare the revenues of these two offices with those disclosed by other franchise proposals in their franchise disclosure documents. In reality, there is no comparison. None of the best and better-known franchise offers ever come close to the average incomes of ADL Caring Companions.

I asked Pat why this is so. His answer: "These are simple, large areas and the best systems."

The average franchise area in the senior office starts with 250,000 people. According to Pat, this is not enough for people to receive income, which, in his opinion, is looking for the majority of business owners. However, having a large territory is not the only key. Even if you have enough population, you should also have systems for growing and scaling a business, one of the reasons to look seriously at Caring Companions. Their initial size of the territory starts from 500,000 people, and the franchisee has the opportunity to acquire territory of up to 1.5 million people. Keep in mind that the total amount for this is less than half what other franchises offer. Pat has invested a huge amount of time and resources in this franchise, from computer systems and software to internal management and recruitment. Nothing left to chance. Although the franchise offer is fairly new, there is more value here than many others.
