There are no two people who come up with the same lists of what are their main anomalies for them. There are too many that capture the imagination of the great unwashed. Different beats for different people. Here is my list - at a given time.
ACCELERATION OF THE UNIVERSE: The anomaly here is quite simple in that there are cautious observational evidence that the rate of expansion of the universe is accelerating. However, logic dictates that due to the general gravity that the Universe possesses, the rate of expansion of the Universe should slow down.
