You want something new and exciting ... and what I have for you. Here, how to lose belly fat (especially losing 4 inches of belly fat in 26 days) without any diet, situps, or typical dummy cardio material, like running on a treadmill.
Here are 3 unusual abdominal exercises that will allow you to quickly lose your belly.
Lose Belly Fat Exercise # 1: Belly blast
This is my favorite exercise on belly fat, and it takes all 40 seconds. First, you need to wipe your hands for 10-15 seconds to create kinetic heat energy (I will explain briefly). Then you take 1 hand and begin to rub around the navel in small circles.
Rubbing the abdomen in circles should last about 25-30 seconds. This is true. Do 3-5 minutes every day.
Ok, now the idea of this. Fat belly (all fat) does not like heat. Any type of environment in which your body temperature rises increases the ability to burn fat. So, rubbing your hands and creating kinetic heat energy ... and then rubbing one of these hands into your stomach ... you create a localized area with higher internal temperatures.
And ... it's right on your belly. The heat from your hands passes through your skin and right into the fat deposits of the abdomen. This heat will help to “persuade” and loosen some of the fat in order to dissolve or break and be transported in the blood.
Shortly thereafter, this fat will be excreted in your urine, feces or sweat.
Oh, yes, one quick tip before I move on to the next exercise on my stomach. To produce more heat faster, pour one of your hands on before you erase them. Seriously ... it works!
Lose Belly Fat Exercise # 2: Vacuum pose
This exercise is similar to absorbing your abdomen, but there is a key difference. While you get up, you need to visualize that your navel falls into your lower back when you do this. It will help you suck your belly in the right place ... which is your umbilical cord.

This exercise does not provide much for weight loss, but it is the fastest way to lose inches from your waist when toning your abdomen. I will repeat it. This exercise is the fastest way to lose inches from your waist!
Anywhere you do a vacuum pose, retract your belly for at least 15 seconds each time. From time to time, try to grow to keep in your intake stomach for 1 minute at a time. Do this exercise for 5 minutes every day.
Lose belly Exercise number 3: Jumping on a mini trampoline
Well, at first you can get a mini trampoline for about $ 25. Wal-Mart has them. Now this is probably my favorite equipment. This allows me to stay at home for training. You will jump on a mini-trampoline, but this will not please the typical sports cardio.
I want you to jump on it for 2 minutes at a time. Nothing else. Now, don't worry ... you don't need to jump high for it to be effective. In fact, you barely take off your heels. Many times my toes did not even leave its surface ... only my shoes rise and swing to the right in a good rhythm.
What I found to be the best for me is to make these 2-minute intervals while advertising on TV. A typical television show publishes about 22 minutes of advertising every hour. So your 22 minutes of work ... without having to make a special trip anywhere.
22 minute breeze ... all the while you are watching TV. What could be better?
Now you do not need to limit yourself only to what they do during online advertising. Do them every time. What I do is jump on it for 2 minutes, when I get a chance ... in the morning, in the afternoon or at night. 2 minutes here and there add up. But I also have the custom of doing them while I watch my favorite TV shows at night ... 4 times a week, 22 minutes every night.
So how did I do it?
