Well, today DIY enthusiasts love to nudge a barrel and try new things. Here is a guide to help those who consider themselves suitable.
Rule number one, make sure you don't bite off more than you can chew. Keep an area that wants to do with a minimum, so start somewhere in a small closet or hallway, and then increase the larger room later. Remember that whole grain floors require ten times more sanding than regular floors. Therefore, rule number two is to make sure you have the right technique and the right sand paper to do the job. You will need a professional floor grinding machine of a self-supporting tape device of 8-10 inches, a grinding machine of 6-8 inches and a screen grinding machine. When laying the floor, try to ensure that there is very little difference in height between the pores. This will save a lot of time when grinding. If there is more than 2 mm, it will take a lot of time to polish, so it is best to make sure that your lower floor is flat before installation.
Good, so the floor goes down on its plane, not so many blows and blows, you have the right technique. Start sanding with a sanding sanding machine of 50 pieces, walk along the floor in all directions. Always sand in a straight line from the farthest point to the farthest point in the corner and stumble on the floor from one side of the room to the other. Then turn around and do the opposite way, as you can always monitor the wires, of course. I hope after this the floor should feel tightly touching, if you do not do the same again, depending on how flat the floor was to start with it can take from 10 to 15 more, don’t hope. Then, when the floor is flat, start grinding in a straight line along the length of the floorboard, as a rule, you sand the same way as on it. Then repeat this with a sand of 80 grams. At the same time, or after you can apply sand around the edge to 50 grit, making sure the cutter is flat and the floor is also flat. Then change the trim to 80 gram sand paper and repeat. Put 100 sandblasted paper on the sandblasting tape and sand again with the length of the tree, this time try to be more careful and sand in straight lines. The same goes with changing the cutter to 100 grit and soft sand tr no to dig up the grinding machine as this will be marked.
We are located next to two other sands, but first you need to fill the floor with a mixture and fill it. We recommend a resin filler that combines with saw dust from a grinding machine. You must fill the floor twice, at least, and leave it overnight. Then in the morning sand above the floor with a belt grinder and a 120 grams sand cutter. Make sure that the entire filler has been removed from the night before or has lasted until it appears. Then lay the floor using a 150 grit screen on a screen sander.
OK, so that everything is ready for you to finish, just make sure you wipe all the dust with a cloth and then wipe the floor with a damp cloth just before applying the finish. I hope that this will help all of you to make DIY nuts, but to drink, it can take 10 times more polishing than regular floors, since the surface of the final grain is so heavy.
Many thanks,
