Altitude can range from 100 feet to over 3000 feet above sea level.

1. August E in Fredericksburg - For more than a decade this chic little restaurant has been known by Nouveau Texas Cuisine and has decorated the tops of important local, state and national restaurant lists thanks to its amazing offerings of big steaks and stellar sushi.
2. Barbecue dish in Spicewood. This gem in Texas has been producing barbecues at the top level for almost two decades, offering bacon, sausage, pork, spicy corn, and “to die for a tater-tot pan”. Just in case you have a desire for something sweet, there is also a stake-based pie (this is mandatory).
3. Lost Mables Cafe in Utopia - This place is considered an absolute must for those traveling in the country of Texas Hill. It is located in a building of more than a hundred years, the portions are cordial, the clientele is varied, there is no frills, and if you just need something sweet, take black coffee and a slice of some of them is the best cake you have; ever
4. Becker Vineyards at Stonewall - Created 25 years ago, Becker vineyards have award-winning wine in many styles. Visitors attend various events, tastings, excursions and even private tasting rooms. If you like wine, especially the supreme examples of wine in Texas, this is the place to visit.
5. Dripping with the festival of wine and food flavors in the droplets Springs - better known as the “Wedding Capital of the World”, Dripping Springs has been holding this shindig for the past decade. The festival is an event sponsored by the Bureau of Commerce and the visitors of the Dripping Springs Shopping Area, which allows visitors to enjoy the beauty of Dripping Springs, as well as try the largest range of Texas wines, craft beers, gourmets and spirits under the same roof.
The Texas Hill Country destination is rife for standard daytime trepper, but for a persistent foodie in an attempt to find the best that Texas has available, this area of Texas should be at the top of its list.
