Ninjutsu Techniques - 4 ninja training zones for maximum skill in Bujinkan Taijutsu -2

If you want to get the most out of ninja training, and you want your ninjutsu techniques to be as efficient, effective and efficient as possible, you cannot rely on just one type of training. Ninjutsu mastery, as in any other business, should be more about mastery, and then just collect a lot of tricks.

The focus of this article is on learning several “types” of training, which together serve to create the strength and efficiency that you want in your ninjutsu techniques - whenever we talk about unarmed self-defense skills or with any of your ninja weapons. In fact, I will outline four areas of learning, each of which will provide specific benefits that others simply do not.

When you train in ninjutsu, especially if your focus is on real self-defense and actually gives real results in the world - as opposed to just learning some cool ninja movements and studying the Black Belt for this training - then your training must reflect this intention. In other words, “How” you train is determined “by what you want from your ninja training, first of all!

When you practice Mastery with your ninjutsu techniques, you can customize your training so that the focus is on instant awareness, decision-making under pressure, accuracy of techniques, etc. In addition, some elements and movements can be divided and isolated so that only these things can be processed for a higher degree of expertise.

For our purposes here, I will limit my discussion to only reviewing 4 specific areas of training that can give you a higher and higher level of qualification and a much higher ability to effectively handle and control a dangerous situation using each of your ninjutsu techniques. Ninja training is different from any other martial art or conventional self defense program due to the sheer number of ninjutsu skills, weapons and tactics and ninja strategies contained in this powerful system. Thus, it is much more efficient to look at training areas, and not just focus on these methods or kata (pre-prepared examples to successfully solve a battle or attack situation).

Here is a basic outline of the four learning areas or types of training that I give to my personal students in order to give them the maximum chance of attaining a level of mastery using my ninjutsu techniques. Please note that the following list does not matter. Each area should be visible like a pillar raising the roof of a fortress or castle.

Each of them is equally important, and therefore they should receive the same attention during ninja training sessions and / or conduct classes between classes.

1) Individual training - Sometimes called “shadow boxing”, here you navigate your methods and skills without the help of a partner. The main advantage of this type of training is the understanding of the “essence” or Kotsu As is known in Japanese, any particular technique. Here you can work to recognize problems in your own balance, align your own body parts and the overall quality of movement as you move from point to point.

2) Applying target - This type of training is often either overlooked or limited to simple, commercially produced and affordable foam targets. The purpose of this training is to develop powerful blows and blows that can destroy or bring your opponent's body back or down in a real collision. Thus, you should choose goals that will provide greater and greater resistance to allow your body to continue to adapt and strengthen. Thus, you will develop strikes that feel to your attacker, as if you were exerting a lot of effort, but you will be just as if you did little!

3) Practical application / training of partners - In the world of ninja training and budo taijutsu training in Bujinkan, today this is a big part of the classroom work for most students. In fact, for many, this is often the “only” training in which they participate. The advantage of this training is the development of the correct time, fishing, distance and flow in response to the movement of the body of another person. Here you will learn to “read” the other and learn how different bodies, structures, personality types and fighting styles are moved and tuned to customize and deliver the blows, blows, grabs and other attacks that your ninjutsu techniques supposedly deal with.

Be careful, as only concentrating your efforts here will disturb you in other areas. You will not be able to develop such amazing strength you want, and you will never be able to isolate the problem of problems and problems with the quality of movement that in previous areas of the methods gave you much better!

4) Learning visualization - This is a very important type of meditation practice for a serious practitioner. And there is more than adequate research and scientific evidence in the fields of modern sports science, which shows the advantages of this method of practice. Here you do not need a training partner, equipment or even a training ground, because you will close your eyes and visualize (“seeing”) yourself, performing your ninjutsu techniques, and defend yourself perfectly. This kind of training not only affects your physical ninja training, but also helps to create a sense of deep security of confidence and a sense of “knowledge” of how to do things that you may not want to do.

Other types of meditation training that are designed to help you develop your ability to focus and focus on one thing — and also that which trains the part of your mind that is used to observe, evaluate, and process helps to ensure that “everything” one of you is present, working on a task in the midst of a dangerous collision. Thus, you will have the greatest advantage - the greatest opportunity - for success. You will act, body, mind, and spirit — be fully present and engaged so that you can produce the greatest results with minimal effort and wear and tear on your way.
