Tips for using coconut oil for skin and hair care -2

I have experienced cold pressed coconut oil, which is sold in cans. You can purchase it at the grocery store, health food store or online. For some time I used this as skin moisturizer , Hair conditioner , make up puller and lip balm I am 57 years old and I believe that these natural alternatives are often the first choice for me! Coconut oil works great for my skin. I would like to share with my experience how I used coconut oil to perform these tasks!

Skin moisturizer

A) I use a Q-tip cotton and simply immerse it in a jar, where I “scoop” a small amount, and then apply it on my face after thorough cleaning. After brushing, I gently rub it into the skin and neck with the tips of my fingers with a gentle upward movement. The smell is wonderful! He feels a little fat, but he feels healthy! I leave it for about 15 minutes, till my soul.

B) I also apply a fair amount to my arms and legs around my neck, using a cotton ball and rubbing it into lotion and waiting for 15 minutes.

C) Then I get into the shower and use a washcloth or a sponge with hoods with a little natural oil to wash the tea to wash it off.

D) After the results, fresh, moisturized skin!

Hair conditioner

A) If your hair is very dry, or the ends seem damaged, apply it to dry hair (a small doll will do it!) And rub it into the desired area. I usually leave about 15 minutes.

B) Wash with your favorite shampoo and conditioner, and there you have it! Soothing hair that feels great!

Makeup remover

A) It is always difficult for me to take off eye makeup, even with the help of “best” make-up wipes, soap, etc.… I take a cotton swab and apply a small amount of coconut oil on the area of my eye and slowly circling my eye gently.

B) I remove the left over the makeup with a cotton swab using gentle wipes. Then I wash my face with warm water and gentle cleansing soap. I find that coconut oil is very soothing, as well as a great cleanser.

Lip balm

A) I store a mini wallet with coconut oil in a small container for contact lenses. This is an exceptional lip balm! Easily! If you want, you can add some kind of colored lipstick to the other side to get a “toned” natural glow from your coconut oil. One of my favorite beauty tips!

I hope these tips helped you as much as I enjoyed them!
