The process of making marble stone -2

1. What is a marble stone and how is it formed?
Marble stone is formed due to the metamorphism of sedimentary carbonate rocks, most commonly known as dolomite rocks or limestone. Marble stone is the recrystallization of carbonate minerals. Today, technology is growing very fast, and it is very useful for marble, making it more beautiful and increasing accessibility around the world. People anxiously know what marble stones are and how they turn into beautiful stones. Marble processing is a process that explains all the stages of marble processing.

2. Mining
Marble is natural stones, and they are extracted from different parts of the globe and transported in large cubes. When transporting and handling, there is a risk of damage and cracks to avoid this method of manufacture called “Wire Saw”, this process helps in separating the marble without damage. Wide holes are drilled in marble, perpendicular to it. Marble slabs are connected with drilled holes and hinges of durable wire embedded in diamonds through the holes, which allows you to smoothly cut marble. Marble is cut into small pieces, and then transported to a relative place. Although the marble is cut into small pieces, special care is still needed when loading and unloading, since the marble stones are still fragile and the risk of damage remains. All important vehicle inspection, transportation route and location are performed in such a way that any serious deviations can be avoided.

3. Ganga Sailing
After transporting the marble to the appropriate place, they fall into the manufacturing area, where the marble is cut into smaller pieces. The manufacturing area is a large warehouse where slabs of marble are cut by steel blades using hydraulic lifts. In this process, marble slabs are placed on the assembly line, which are lifted by hydraulic clamping jacks, and marble slabs are cut by giant sets of saws or saw machines that are just above the assembly; , as a result, the saw moves horizontally at a fast speed. The marble slabs on the assembly line are pushed by hydraulic pressure, and the saw cuts the marble slabs. Then, small marble pieces are carefully selected for finishing and polishing for further processing.

4. Polishing and sealing
Polishing and sealing are the main procedure in the production of marble, because it determines the true value of marble. Slabs of marble are placed on a platform where a machine with artificial diamonds smoothly strokes the surface of the marble to partially reflect on the marble. This process is repeated on both sides, and then properly cleaned so that dust particles are removed. Then polished marbles are taken to evenly spray the epoxy sealant on the surface of the stone and dried under incandescent lamps for 48 hours. Finished marble is sent to retailers and retailers in the appropriate place for further processing and sale.

5. Water jet cutting and wet sawing
The retailer sells a marble stone to its customers upon request, which includes the design, quantity and most important size of the marble stones. The customer requires different sizes of stone that can fit there in the kitchen, bathroom, countertops, floors, etc. Since the size of the marble is determined for this seller, they use wet sawing or water-jet cutting for this. In wet sawing, the marble stone is cut into saws, and water continues to flow over the marble to reduce heat from friction. Waterjet cutting is a new and unique method. In this process, the water with powdered minerals is under pressure of 60,000 pounds per square inch and shot on marble for a clean and better cut. This is very common today, and almost all manufacturers use waterjet cutting.
