When an organ or tissue abnormally protrudes from the body cavity, it is called a hernia. The most common hernias certainly develop in adbdomen. In this case, the weakness in the abdominal wall turns into a centralized hole through which an organ or tissue protrudes.
Hernia is often compared to a tire failure, where a split in the side wall allows the inner tube to protrude. In this example, the inner tube of the tire is similar to the organ that comes out through the hole in the side wall. This pressure is outward, and the limit of limits is inside, which allows you to develop.
In addition to the hernia, which can develop in adbomen, there are several others:
Internal hernia - hernia of intravascular structure
Spigelian hernia - hernia through the line of semi-moonaris
Sliding hernia - the hernia of the bag is partially formed by the wall of the viscus
Hernia littre - Hernia using Meckel® ericulum
Obturator hernia - hernia through the channel obturator
Lumbar hernia hernia / Petite - hernia through triangle petite
Nibble greenfelt - hernia through the Greenfelt-Landhaft triangle
Although a hernia often occurs because of a hereditary trait, there are several different things you can do to prevent them from occurring. In fact, it is very easy to prevent a hernia and the two most common areas where people lose: maintain a healthy weight and exercise regularly. Both of these things help to ensure that the body cannot cope with any additional stress that it cannot cope with, and will help you in all areas to achieve a healthier and fuller life.
