Is Pimple Popping dangerous and will it make your eels worse? -2

You may have heard it as an endless sermon about cleanliness from your mother: “Do not pop your acne, you just make acne worse ... Blah, blah, blah ... That's why your skin looks terrible. Stop it! "But in fact, will cytes appear, make your acne worse or is it just another moment of acne?

At the 63rd annual meeting of the American Academy of Dermatology, dermatologist Alex Boer Kimball (MD) decided to put a pimple in the skin category of malakey, as a scientifically unjustified acnegraph.

However, the question still remains with this categorization: “Does zit popping make acne worse and what evidence proves it?”

The real question is: why do people popiteli in the first place

To solve this problem, first, you need to know why you pop. The clear answer is that the zits are ugly and make you feel ugly and depressed.

Research confirms this conclusion. For example, a study published in the 2006 edition Journal of American Dermatology found that out of 387 patients with dermatology who completed the mini-international neuropsychiatric interview, 37 patients (9.6%) suffered from major depression.

Similarly, in 2000, in one of the journals, it was found that in 268 patients with dermatology, 11.9% suffered from dysmosis of the body (BBD), that is, they were preoccupied with a feeling of deformity or had a nonexistent deficiency in their appearance.

Another study published in Dermatological Surgery In June 2004, during which facial scarring caused by acne-echo sounders was studied, it was found that facial scarring could be controlled by first removing stress psychological disorders in order to control the impulse of wanting to compress acne.

Taken together, these data tell us that people pop up because acne makes them feel ugly and in order to stop the breaks, you need to control the impulse to correct bodily deficiency.

You can do this by reminding yourself that your zit does not look as big as everyone else, as it looks to you. Here lies the crux of the problem. Never let zit make you feel like a village freak.

Even if this self-esteem amplifier doesn't work, and you go ahead and pop zit, will it make your acne worse? At first glance, this means that you target atoms to a number of practices, including compromised skin loss, blockage of pores, and inflammation.

What matters to your skin, what happens after you pop zit

Given these circumstances, what will happen after you pop out? Well, you will create a mess, and after that your skin will have to start the recovery process.

Wounds heal in a few steps. The bleeding should stop, the infection begins to disinfect the area, this inflammation causes an increase in the number of cells to replace the damaged ones, and finally, then the skin will begin to renew.

Acne trigger chain reaction

So, when you squeeze zit, you immediately cause more trains for acne, which include inflammation. No, only that, but squeezing affects a few pores near you to jump into pop.

This leads to another cause of acne - the premature destruction of the pores, which is contained in excess oils and proteins. Violation of such a pore contributes to the reaction of inflammation to remove oils and proteins from surrounding tissues.

Time to press and time not to squeeze

The long answer is short, acne can aggravate acne, because your skin contains a community of pores, and what you do with an infected pore can affect neighboring pores. The key is the time when you can right-click. Not all acne is perfect for popping. Pop-ready cytes are filled with a boil and above the skin surface. Such acne is easily extracted with a sterile needle.

Acne-stimulating squeezing of acne occurs when you try to pop up a pimple, which still favors the surface of the skin and is surrounded by healthy, uninfected pores. Such acne takes time to rise to the upper layers of the skin, and in some cases medical extraction may be required.

So, listen to mom and please do not prematurely show your acne. However, if acne poses an uncontrollable problem for you, a report published in Dermatological Therapy that hypnosis helps control impulsive behaviors that can lead to acne. The next time when you look in the mirror and that zits looks rude, but you really don't need to squeeze, take your hands off your face and just repeat after me: “I will let my spell heal, I will let my healing, I will let my healing ... "Good luck.
